too small

I ordered this coat and the description says oversized . It is not oversized! I am a 5’7” and 124 . I normally wear a size 4. I ordered the small thinking it would be roomy . No it’s not roomy and the sleeves were so long . I have long arms so that was surprising . Honestly for the money I thought it would be nicer .
