Wonderful Shoes
I purchased these shoes in a size I thought would fit but they were too big so I sized down. I think overall they are true to size and do not run small. One review said that they run small that is why I bought a size up. I found them to be true to size. If you wear a 9 a 9 in these will fit you. Extremely comfortable, you will forget you are wearing any shoes!!

Navy shoes are NOT as pictured
I already have two pairs of Minnetonka Kilty mocs -- I love them. I was disappointed when the Navy pair arrived with high-contrast yellow stitching (see photo). The picture on the Nordstrom site shows the navy shoes with navy stitching. This may be a small difference to some, but it matters to me. I am considering placing an order for a different color (perhaps gray or black or the new pine green), but I am worried that they, too, would arrive with contrast stitching. Nordstrom: Could you post photos that show what this year's mocs really look like?

I have these in black, size 8, and they fit perfectly. They are very soft and comfortable. They feel very well made and worth the money. I wanted the 3-tiered fringe boots but went with these instead for practicality. They make my feet look small, which is nice. The little bows came untied about a thousand times and I'm not sure how to fix that short of cutting them off. It was really annoying. Also they didn't have much support and my feet hurt after about 3 hours of walking through the mall. They look really super cute though.

terrific footwear
Ordered 5 pairs (different colors) 1/2 size smaller than usual, as suggested by other reviews. Extremely comfortable and the colors are terrific. So glad that I found them at Nordstrom. REMEMBER order these moccosins 1/2 size smaller than usual.

Disappointed
This is not a complaint about Nordstrom, but the manufacturer. I have worn these Minnetonka 'Kilty' moccasins for 4+ years now and I wish that I had read the most recent reviews before I had ordered this current pair. I ordered the size that I always have and something is definitely off. These aren't just a little looser than previous moccasins -- my feet are slipping and sliding (front-to-back and side-to-side) and I feel that I'm wearing clown shoes. In fact, when I put on my older shoes they feel comfortable and snug. Also, the new mocs are less structured / sturdy; and what had been a more rounded toe is now a more tapered toe -- perhaps due to the longer vamp. All-in-all, I feel this was a waste of time and money and am now on a search for a new favorite shoe.
