I replaced my La Mer Lip Balm
Don’t get me wrong: I still love my La Mer but this balm is just what dry lips need. I use it all day but could easily use it as a lip mask overnight. I do use my pinky nail to apply but it’s not a big deal! I buy these in bulk because they are stashed everywhere!

cracked lips
I ordered this based on reviews, due to the pandemic because of working in healthcare, i have no other choice but to wear a mask 8 hours a day. My lips were cracking badly because of this. I wanted to give this a try to save my lips but instead it made it worse. My lips were swelling up and the skin around my lip are was swelling up too. I wanted this to work on me,but sadly it didn’t.

Disappointed product
I am very disappointed at this Buttermask For Lips new product. When this first came out I had the hopes that it will treat my dry lips, but after using it for two weeks my lips are as dried as before I started using it. I am returning this product and will try something else.

Fail
I love Kiehl’s and have used a variety of their products for years. Thought I couldn’t go wrong with the Buttermask lip soothing treatment. I was terribly disappointed. It has a heavy waxy texture. It doesn’t penetrate the lips. It does not feel hydrating. And it smells weird. An overall failure in my book.

Pricy lip mask that has a faint smell of chocolate. Too waxy for me. Did absolutely nothing. My lips are still dry and I’ve used it for two weeks. There’s better out there. I’m pretty disappointed in this.
I purchased this with my own money, not paid or sampled, or received free in exchange for a review.

Not great
I tried this lip mask upon the recommendation of the salesperson. I do not like it. My lips are dryer after applying it which defies the purpose. Very disappointed.

Tiny, hard as a rock
This is so tiny you can barely get I finger nail in to get the lip balm out. It’s also hard as a rock.
