Blue & White stripes, NOT White
My 11-year-old is in love with this dress. She is 4'11" and 85 pounds (size large). The photos is a little misleading, though. We thought it was a white dress with flowers, but upon viewing it in person it is a dress with light blue and white stripes. The straps, that I didn't even see in the photo, are too long and had to be shortened. But the rest of the dress fits beautifully and is quite flattering. It is a little shorter than knee length.
