I Finally Found Them!
These are the underpants I have been looking for. They are cotton, but not bulky or thick and the seams are thin. They fit perfectly. I am so happy to have found them, but they are all but impossible to find they are so popular!

Very Unhappy with Purchase
Nice cotton but the elastic shrank after 1 wash 2x more than the cotton so the briefs are extremely uncomfortable to wear.
