Great sandal
My husband only wears these Keen sandals. We did have a problem this time with the sizing. Had to send back and get a half size bigger. We received the new pair but something was wrong (defective) with the right sandal. He couldn't get it on. So got a different pair of the same size and that fit perfectly. Never had that problem before but was able to return both pairs. Again they are a very durable sandal.

No warranty response - poor stitch with gentle use
I bought the Newport H2 sandals. I wear sz 10, but I had to get this 10. 5 for the correct fit. I had enjoyed the rugged soles. But, the ankle patch (where keen logo is) that holds 3 straps has its stiches undone, with very gentle and sporadic use, and, I contacted the warranty with the claim number with the pictures and description. But they never responded.
Good quality I thought but short lived with stitch construction. And the their warranty is non existent in my case. Felt betrayed with this USA owned company.

Great shoe , last forever
This is the best looking and most versatile shoe for summer.
My husband has been wearing his first pair of Keens for 20 years!!! The sole on one shoe was starting to separate from the top so he purchased a new pair. They really are worth every penny!!

Great shoes for river tubing
I wore these on a river tubing tour in Costa Rica. Lots of rocks on the decent to the river and on the river banks. They were very helpful walking

Keen Wearer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These new Keens fit true to size and are comfortable to wear all day. They are a bit stiff as most new shoes are, but are quite easy to get on and off, and are a cool color.

Disappointed long term customer
I have probably owned 15 pair of Keens. The last few pairs have all worn out in the same location. It seems that this area of the shoe should be reinforced for longer term satisfaction. I would hesitate to purchase another pair in the future unless Keen addresses this situation.
