Sent wrong size

I ordered size 4 and received a dress marked size 40. This came directly from the manufacturer so not Nordstrom fault. Of course, it was way too big. Won't order from this brand again.

Wrong size delivered.

I place 4 different orders from this brand and all of them were sent a different size. All of my items were bigger number sizes than ordered. I could not keep any of them. My sizes were available of course when ordering and anyways they sent something completely unacceptable.
