Lovely bag customer service, not so much. I was told that it was just over 10 days since I purchased the bag, so no price adjustment could be given so I simply returned the tote for a full refund and purchased later that day the manager manipulated that bag, so I was not able to re-purchase it, bye-bye Nordstrom

It’s a beautiful gift
I wanted to get my mom something special for her birthday so I went with this bag. It offers a classic look that will work for nights out or everyday use. Sad small purse Shame on Kate Spade brand
I ordered two of these supposedly medium totes for Christmas gifts. The word TOTE is extremely misleading. That word needs to be obliterated. The purses were expensive, so small it was laughable.
