Busted & Disgusted

I was very disappointed with the quality of my purchase. I waited with anticipation for my item to arrive, only to open the box and see the shoes were severely damaged. I’m not sure of the shipping process; but someone should’ve ensured I received a product of quality. I would have preferred a cancellation rather than received damaged shoes… I ordered the shoes for a specific occasion, and could not wear the shoes. Which in turn, caused a huge inconvenience. I no longer trust Nordstrom to provide products of quality, when it comes to online shopping.

ridiculous fit

These shoes are ridiculously small yet ridiculously wide.. I’m typically a 6.5. I purchased this shoe 4 times (sizing up incrementally by .5). The 8 fit the length of my foot but the width was so wide the shoe would not stay on. Had to go to a shoemaker to get a strap made.

Very cute...but sizing is meh...

I ordered two sizes - size 10 (my regular size) and size 11. The band of the size 10 fit perfectly but the length was too short. The length of the size 11 pair worked but the band width was unusually loose and too big across my feet. Too bad neither size worked out for me. Wishing you ladies better luck as the "bright pink" color is extremely cute. Bummer I have to return both pairs :-( :-( :-(

I normally wear a size 7 but I ordered a 7 1/2 and they fit perfect a little wider than expected but still love them. I will order more colors now!!
