The first thing I noticed when I opened the package was several spots on the outside of the bag. Although the color is perfect for the warm months, it became clear that this would be difficult for me to keep clean. When I returned the bag, the salesperson inspected it and found Listerine mint strips in one of the pockets. It had been used. This is unusual for Nordstrom to send out a bag that had not been inspected prior to shipping. (Not a complaint just an observation.)
