Beautiful but uncomfortable

I wish there were prior reviews before I ordered these shoes. The top half of the shoe is tight but the strap is stretchy so it moves when you walk which means the back of the shoe does not stay put. It lifts up and down when walking. So frustrating because I really like the shoe, but it's the most uncomfortable shoe. Unfortunately, I wore them to work, so I can't return them, but I could not stand wearing them past 2 hours.
