Wide heels on a narrow shoe

I really like this shoe, but I wear a 10.5 N or SS, and the 10.5 N Jules fits except for the strangely wide heel. Almost all of my shoes have been Munro for a long, long time, and this is the worst fitting "narrow" heel ever.
