Beautiful shoes but disappointing customer support
I bought these beautiful shoes for my upcoming wedding. They are gorgeous, fit perfectly (I’m usually a 7 but have wider feet so got 7.5 and they are perfect!)
Unfortunately the material on the straps came faulty, and already frayed. I contacted support but little to no support was given, disappointing
