Joanie Smocked Dress

This dress was just not cute in person as seemed to be on models. Ordered a large bc of smocking didn't want to be tight but it didn't look good anyway and seemed shorter in length and where waist should hit. Just wasn't for me. Sent it back and long hard process to ship FedEx at these drop off locations are not equipped to handle packages with QR code only, so beware. Also, after a couple of weeks it should have been received this 3rd party seller through Nordstrom is very very slow with the refund. Still waiting. Never again. Used to be the best customer service at Nordstrom but now things changed.

I have tried on soooo many dresses this spring and it has been very difficult to find a dress "without" a zillion tiers. This one is flattering. It compliments the bust and midriff and flows nice and easy over the stomach and hips. Not extremely full and has sleeves to cover problem arms. V-neck is a plus and Pockets. A really soft and flowy dress. Hits me a little above the ankles & I am 5'8". & this dress is fully lined...how nice. It's a one & done! Perfect. 220 lbs. xxl.

I really like this dress, it's just beautifully made. It is lined and the material is high quality. My only complaint is that it's a bit low cut in the chest area if you're larger on top (D cup) I will have to wear a camisole underneath. It's probably long enough on most women, but at 5'11" I was hoping it was longer. I will wear my cowboy boots with it which looks super cute.

This dress is beautiful! It's also very soft and comfortable. It is a little low cut on a larger chest, but I just threw a cami on underneath. Loved it so much I bought more colors.
