What it is: A candle that captures the luscious scent of just-ripe pears, cooled by the autumn air and ready to twist free from the tree.
Fragrance story: English Pear & Freesia is inspired by a walk in an orchard, secluded within a walled garden. It features the surprising, sensuous freshness of sweet pears, wrapped in a bouquet of white freesias, on a subtle background of scrambling wild roses and skin-warming amber, patchouli and woods.
Notes: King William pear, freesia, patchouli.
How to use: Begin by allowing the wax to melt and pool right to the candle's edges the first time you light it, and don't blow it out until it has. When you first light the wick, you may see a little smoke, which is normal. It just needs time to draw up the wax properly. Ensure your candle stays pristine by snipping the wick to 6mm before every burn.
