Top too flimsy for heavy shirt

I typically love how Cinq à Sept fits and was waiting for this dress to come back in my size (almost checked daily), but once I finally got the dress, it didn’t wear right. I think the material of the top is too light for the weight of the skirt. I was so disappointed that it wasn’t a keeper.
