I loved these, tried them on and purchased them. However, when I got home I noticed that the insole is not glued properly and is coming off. I returned to the store to exchange for a different pair and they made it extremely complicated and gave me as only option to return them and purchase again if I want. The customer service is not very helpful but besides that, the shoes are stunning and I think you’d get off a better experience buying them elsewhere.

Beautiful shoes but runs small. That’s typical of louboutin shoes. Shoe size varies with every design. The online picture appears more bright red, it’s really darker red. This is a must have in your shoe collection IMO.
