What it is: A lip definer created to be soft enough to fill in your lips easily but durable enough to provide a long-lasting base for color.
What it does: The pencil contains no FD&C dyes and can be used anywhere on the face. The soft formula lends itself to blending and being used as a lip base, and is made with conditioning oils and waxes and colored with the same protective pigments. It glides on smoothly and won't tug the delicate lip area.
How to use: Use the lip liner to outline and fill in your lips.

Great Lip Liner
Lip Liner works well to outline lips and fill them in . It is long lasting and a creamy finish. . It also works well with the forever pink lip stain.

Nice pencil
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lip pencil goes on easily and has pretty good staying power. Doesn't seem to bleed into lines. It's easy to sharpen and I haven't noticed it breaking at all, which I can't say about most other brands. I will buy again.
