Jameson Utility Miniskirt

Im not sure whats happened with Nordstrom lately but Ive received multiple packages with damaged items. This one the worst though. I was finally excited to find this skirt in my size, only to receive it and see that its missing its tags, smells like laundry, has pet hair on it, is stretched out, and there was a hair elastic in the pocket. Seriously Nordstrom why on earth would an employee of yours pick that up and think hmmm yes this is what we will ship out, at full price too!!! Skirt deserves more stars because its cute and comfy (even though it fits weird due to being stretched out), but Im disappointed since Nordstrom does not do partial refunds and this skirt is sold out everywhere in my size.
