I can fit three of the 8oz dr browns bottles in the bag with no issues. If I try added a fourth it will fit but it is very tight and hard to zip closed. I wish it was just a little bit bigger. But other than the size it keeps my bottles cold most of the day.

You can also fit other snacks in here if you don’t want to put baby bottles this is such a great carry on if you’re traveling or if you just need to keep something cold if you’re out at a party. I honestly love this. It also came with a little ice cooling pack. Will definitely keep using.

Here’s my full review based on several months of regular use. Design & Aesthetics: Cute Meets Practical First, let’s talk about the look. This is where the Maxi-Cool Mickey Mouse bag really shines. The design is absolutely adorable, featuring a classic Mickey Mouse motif that’s instantly recognizable and charming without being overly loud or tacky. It strikes the right balance between playful and stylish, making it suitable for both kids and parents. It’s also gender-neutral, which I appreciate—it’s not overly pink or blue, so it works well for any baby or toddler. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on it from other parents, and even a few “Where did you get that?” questions at the playground. Size & Capacity: Surprisingly Spacious Despite its compact appearance, this bottle cooler bag offers a surprising amount of space. It comfortably fits two to three standard baby bottles (depending on the size and brand), along with an ice pack, snacks, or even a couple of jars of baby food. I often pack one or two 9-oz bottles, a pouch of pureed food, and a folded bib without any problem. There’s also an external zipper pocket that’s great for small items like pacifiers, wipes, or disposable bibs. It helps keep things organized without having to dig through your diaper bag. Cooling Performance: Excellent Insulation The Maxi-Cool Mickey Mouse cooler bag truly lives up to its name. The insulated interior keeps bottles cool for up to 6–8 hours when paired with a decent ice pack. On shorter errands or morning outings, I’ve even skipped the ice pack entirely and still had cold milk or formula a few hours later. The insulation is thick and durable, and it seems to regulate temperature really well, even in warmer weather. During a summer picnic, I checked the bottle temperature after 5 hours in 80+ degree heat—and it was still perfectly cold and safe for my baby to drink. It also works in reverse—I’ve used it a couple of times to keep baby food warm (not hot, but warm enough to serve) by slipping in a pre-heated jar and wrapping it in a cloth inside the bag. It held the warmth impressively well for 1–2 hours. Build Quality & Durability I’m really pleased with the overall construction of this bag. The zipper is smooth and doesn’t snag, the stitching is reinforced, and the handle is sturdy. After being tossed in the car, strapped to the stroller, and squished inside larger bags, it still looks and functions like new.

It says it holds 4, but I’m able to fit a 5th of the smaller 4oz bottles for now. It’s handy that it comes insulated, and with a reusable ice pack, but I’ve also supplemented with a few of my own too for added cooling. Very slim and sleek and easy to clean. A+ in my book.
