How to use: Apply No.0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment to dry hair, fully saturating each section. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Do not rinse. Apply No.3 Hair Perfector on top and let sit for an additional 10 minutes before shampooing and conditioning hair.
