I love this thing. Perfect size for my bivy or a cot, keeps me up off the ground and warm, rolls up super small, weighs nothing, and is wide enough that I don't fall off the side.

Deceptive Marketing on R-value
I slept on this pad for about 2 weeks straight, including in sub-zero temps. I used a -18 bag. The pad is very comfortable. However, the R-value is very far off from what Klymit claims. I had to stack with a z-lite to stay warm on cold nights. If it was really the R-value they claim there is no way I would need to do that. This pad is only good for 3 season max and car camping.

Had this same pad for years and loved it. After 4 or 5 hard seasons it finally developed a slow leak that I could not locate. Shopped around and settled back on the Luxe.

Comfortable but not reliable for long periods of time
Took this pad to mountain warfare training in the winter and it kept me plenty warm and comfortable for a few weeks but eventually it was not holding air as well as I liked. Looked for holes and couldn’t find any and the seals still look intact. Not sure if I got a defective one but it was great while it lasted.

works great for backpacking. comfortable enough and packs down great. Have a mini pump inflates in seconds.
