Not the quality anyone would expect.
Bought a pair of boots this time last year and love them. Waited patiently for the sale and it’s not really a sale is it? Anyways, purchased the pair of boots that I had been wanting for a while at full price, only to have them show up with marks on both boots. Looks like QC is as dead as custom service these days.

One of the Best Boots you’ll ever Buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great boot, well made, high quality leather, and the sole seems like it’ll never wear out. The boot can be worn for either casual or nice dress, and they’re about as comfortable as a boot can get. They broke in quickly and wear well. When purchasing, they ran a little big for me. I usually take a US 11, but 10.5 fits perfect.
