Not fully waterproof
This rain jacket is super cute, runs true to size and color, but I just walked my dog in the light Seattle rain and it let the rain through to the skin on the cuffs and at the edge of the hood. Rather disappointing let alone cold. This won’t qualify as rain resistant either. The longer rubber exterior Hunter jacket is a better true to description product. Photos are of the inside and the outside of the hood.
