My husband purchased this bag as a gift to me for Christmas. I opened my gift and to our dismay the bag was evidently used! The previous owner forgot to include the shoulder strap. The tags were cut. When opening the purse searching for the missing strap a breeze of stinky perfume came through. My husband felt bad for me. I told him, " It's the thought that counts." I hope that no one gets this same bag when I return it.
