terrible Nordstrom customer experience
I returned 2 pink dresses purchased together. I was only refunded for one. I raised the issue IMMEDIATELY with Nordstrom customer service because there was another order where earrings were not refunded and they DENIED my claim for a refund. They kept giving me the same generic “just wait 7-12 business days for the refund to process on the 2nd item”. I’ve been buying items in bulk - mainly dresses and jewelry in preparation for upcoming weddings, and returning what doesn’t work. Their delivery research team has been VERY quick to deny my refund claims without doing any proper research. Now I’m still out $300 while they have the dress in their possession to resell and make double money of it! I’ve had it with Nordstrom
Customer Service and the delivery research teams. Will be filing complaints with the BBB and taking my business elsewhere!

It fits nicely, little long. The reason for the 2 stars is that it’s such a plain dress. It looks like a black sk*ms dress. The details don’t show at all in person, it’s not worth the money for how basic it looks.

Bad stitching, strap broke
Just like several other reviews said, my strap broke. I was just trying it on and before I even had the back all tied up POP. Also there’s a weird stitch line on the breast area that is completely crooked. Guess I will be returning this

The dress was technically beautiful and fut great but was delivered DAMAGED. The strap was falling apart and the dress skirt was super damaged. Beautiful dress though, buy it directly from the brand. Never had any issues with them.

Quality not worth the price
The zipper came out of its seam and the seam was all frayed when I opened it out of packaging. The zipper wouldn’t even zip up. Very disappointing for how much this cost. I returned it first thing.
