Simply bring ingredients to temperature on the stove, then place the pot inside the insulated bowl. The retained heat allows food to continue cooking slowly and evenly without additional energy. This gentle cooking method helps preserve vitamins, minerals, and natural flavors while using up to 60% less energy compared to conventional stovetop cooking. The cooking pot is made from premium 18/10 stainless steel and features a Superthermic® sandwich base for fast and even heat distribution.
