These shoes are cute. They run a little narrow, so I sized up a half size. I returned these because the packaging from Nordstrom was unacceptable. Designer shoes and they shipped them in a bag and not a box!? The Gucci box inside the package did not even have a band to keep it closed. Unacceptable when I spent over $1,000 after tax on this item. Buy them from Gucci directly.

I’m not a big fan of “trendy” but in these inflationary times it’s nice to find one item that will update my outfits and save me money in the long run. These are trending across the globe because they are so cute and they are flat! The color is a medium brown that won’t show dirt. The length is true to size but the width seems a bit narrow. These will look great with various lengths of jeans and pants and even skirts. This will be my splurge shoe buy for S/S 2025. Thank you , Nordies!

Nordstrom online shipped me the shoes; they did not fit well. I tried to return them, but the Nordstrom store did not want to accept them. One even said that I could try returning them online, but there is no guarantee that I will be refunded. I was flabbergasted! I was told that the shoes I was returning did not look like the shoes they sell. It looks like the actual store and the online store are not on the same page in terms of the products they are selling to customers. This makes me suspicious that the product shipped to me was not genuine. Why would the store give me a hard time with my return? Nordstrom should always verify the products shipped from wherever they get these online orders. What is happening internally? Are you getting away with selling items to customers that are not genuine? After listening to me explaining this distorted system, the Asst. Manager (the 4th person who I talked to) told me that “for this one time,” she will accept the return. As if I was a repeat offender! In the end, the Asst. Manager accepted the return, and I was credited the $1000. The system needs to be fixed. Guarantee the authenticity of products you are shipping from your online store. NOTE: I already sent a review but it was not published. I am suspicious about this as well. I am sending this review a second time. In addition, why is it that eventhough my shoes were finally returned and I was credited, I am still not quiet about this. I will not let this go because eventhough the store manager apologized and asked what I wanted (I said I do not want anything in return), there is still no assurance this will not happen again or even an explanation why this all happened. Why did I receive a pair of designer shoes that the store won't accept back?
