The embossed holly leaf design brings holiday cheer to this enameled cast iron saucier that has a smooth contoured interior that is optimal for making sauces, side dishes or sautéing vegetables.
What it does: Sloping sides and a rounded bottom facilitate stirring and whisking, and the broad surface area allows liquids to evaporate quickly. It has exceptional heat distribution and retention qualities to lock in flavor and moisture and keep dishes warm from stove to oven to table. The tight-fitting lid is specially designed to circulate steam and return moisture back to the food.
Additional features: The enameled surface minimizes sticking and staining, requires no pre-seasoning and is easy to clean. And the ergonomic knobs and handles are designed for easy lifting.
