Runs small
If you are between sizes, size up. I'm typically a 8.5 - 9 in most shoes. Ordered both sizes and so glad I did! I could barely put on the 8.5, but the 9's fit great. Love the navy color and accents...a nice alternative to black. Very lightweight. Rated a 4 (vs. a 5) because I haven't worn them a lot yet.

Amazing
I have been so impressed by these trainers. At first I wasn’t sure due to the unique back- and had to get used to walking down the stairs. I’m a size 5 but wear a 6 in these. There wasn’t a 5.5 in stock so I risked it and glad I did.
I have shaved 12mins off a half marathon and 2.5mins off a 5k with these. They are exactly what I have been looking for for forever! Highly recommend.
