Not for me
It seems that every couple of years I try out Hue jeggings, forgetting that they're not made for me. Maybe writing this review will help me remember. I am 5'3" and typically wear M or L, but both were too long on my legs and the general proportions seem to be made for taller women. Maybe these would have worked if they were offered in petite? The material might be better once worn in and washed, but I found it rather thick and stiff trying on.
