Wanted to love this but returned it

I bought my usual size 6 as there wasn’t a size guide included in the product description. It was much too small. I’ve got an hourglass, athletic figure. The small was too tight for my 27” waist and the under shorts were too tight on my big, athletic thighs. So I returned it and reordered it in size 10 (8 wasn’t available). In the size 10, the shorts fit fine but the waist was too big. Returned it. I would’ve likely returned this skort regardless because the zipper wasn’t smooth on either size. They would would catch in the same spot every time I zipped it or unzipped it. That’s pretty much a deal breaker for me.
