shoulder pads look like a linebacker
The blue is pretty and it is good quality but the shoulder pads are hideous! I am 5’1” , 120 lbs and they’re enormous, jutted out like a football player. The dress is mini so I think ordering up is a good idea. I am returning.

gorgeous dress but not for me
The dress is beautiful. The color is divine. When I opened the box, I could hear the angels singing. Unfortunately for me, the dress is unflattering on me so I am returning. I have narrow shoulders and the shoulder pads are too widely set for me to carry and my abdomen is too pudgy for the waistline. I think sizing up would have made the shoulders and arms too big for me. It really is beautiful though and is absolutely worth trying out. Things to note: the dress is not rigid and has stretch to it; the sequins in the back interfere with the zipper so use caution when putting on and taking off; I compared to my DTP Zoe and found the waistline to sit higher; the sequins are as bright as pictured on screen and have an iridescent finish. This is a quality party/event dress and is worth every penny. This style did not work for me but now that this line is on my radar I am excited to try other styles.

I am normally a size 2-4 or XS/S. I bought this dress in XS, and it fit perfectly. The zipper and material is high quality. The color is quite bright; it’s a neon yellow, but in certain lighting, some people thought it was white. Ultimately, I highly recommend this dress!
