Nice, if it fits
I think this hat would be great for travel. It's well-made, packable, and the colors and shape really appealed to me. Sadly, it was too big for me. My head measures 22", or falls into a size 7- 7 1/4 cowboy hat, if that helps anyone. This one fell down loosely over my ears.

Good summer hat
Majority of hats are too small for my head (I have a lot of hair). This hat fits well, it is larger than average hat. I wish that it will look more like real fedora. Brims are hanging more down then what I will prefer and what in my opinion fedora brims should look like. Sometimes you can modify the shape of the brim by putting them up or down and I had some Kaminski hats with flexible brims. Unfortunately this one does not have that option. Otherwise it is a good hat. I also like that brims are not too small or too large.

Perfect travel / beach hat
I'm not really a hat person and don't need an entire hat wardrobe -- just a really great, packable travel/beach hat that protects my head and face from the sun and looks good on. I have a small-ish head and short forehead, so 1SFM sizing doesn't always work for me, but this hat fits perfectly and is really flattering. Also tried the Eric Javits straw fedora, which I also liked, but this one looked better on and is more packable. Travel bag is a plus too. After trying MANY cheaper brands, this one is worth the investment.

Beautiful well made hat!
I love this hat! This is my first Helen Kaminski hat, and I am very happy with this purchase. I have been looking for a great hat to wear on the beach as well as just out and about- this totally fits the bill! My head is a little bigger and this fits great. It is also very well made. I love it!
