Love this ring

Unfortunate
I gifted this beautiful heart ring to my wife for her birthday to remember the tiny beating heart of our first pregnancy that resulted in miscarriage. After one day of wearing it, it snagged on something when she was getting into the car and bent out of shape. She was really sad about it and hasn’t worn it since. It is really beautiful and special to her, but much more fragile than expected. Any chance at a refund or replacement? I would love to give this ring a new 5 star rating!

Heart snags fabric
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all things MBM. This heart ring is so dainty and beautiful...but the heart catches on clothing and bedding and creates snags. This is the only reason I give it 4 stars.
