Mixed thoughts.
I purchased this online as a gift but was underwhelmed when it arrived. It was smaller and daintier than expected. Also the packaging was minimalist- perhaps good for the environment but it made it feel like a cheap gift. I couldn’t be excited to give it, so I returned it.

Chain broke very quickly
I really like the heart charm, but the chain broke on my fourth wear. I'm struggling to find a replacement as the loop on the charm is so small
