WRONG ITEM

do NOT purchase. Nordstrom has sent me the smaller version of this bag FOUR times. All while trying to charge for the larger 16” version. I spoke to MULTIPLE people from customer service and was assured they had the larger one in stock but every time they sent the smaller bag. The bag itself is nice but don’t get ripped off by Nordstrom and overcharged for a cheaper bag.

I travel constantly for work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel constantly for work and I’ve been eyeing this tote for a while to go with my Luka roller carryon. The color is beautiful and I love that it fits my work laptop and slides seamlessly over my roller bag. The magnetic laptop sleeve is a bit finicky sometimes but is easily removable if you don’t like it. I give 4/5 stars because I think it’s overpriced for what it is but I got on sale and am happy with it.

Want to love but quality issues

Have had this bag for a year and a half. The shoulder strap has randomly broken twice now. The bag was not overloaded and the strap just snapped five months into owning. It was a gift and Calpak refused to fix or replace without proof of purchase. Had a family member fix for me, and it just broke again a year later. The leather on the handles is also peeling off. It is roomy and love all the interior pockets.

Never sends the right bag

I have ordered the 16 in. three different times and every time they send the 15 in. I have called customer service and they take down my information but then never hear back from them. This is definitely not the old Nordstrom. Three times each time wrong bag. If you want this page just go to Calpak and order it. This has been the worst.
