Cotton with poly lining
I bought this because even though the listing says 100% Polyester, it looked cotton to me and I risked it. I was correct that the outer fabric is cotton, but it is lined in polyester. Why in the world would someone line a cotton dress in polyester? It's the worst thing ever.
