Do NOT buy MARKETPLACE items Poor Customer Service
Nordstrom customer service has gone downhill. Probably the beginning of the end of Nordstrom. Used to be amazing to shop here, now marketplace items have a short return window and in store managers are of no help and are rude about the issue.
