poor quality

I was really disappointed with the quality. I’ve only worn this piece a few times and it has already started tarnishing. I’m careful with my jewelry — I don’t shower with it and I avoid spraying perfume directly on it — so I wasn’t expecting this to happen so quickly. Unfortunately, it feels very low quality and didn’t hold up the way I hoped.

Like a choker

It really is a cool piece and I was excited for it, but it fit super tight like a choker for both of us. Doesn’t hang like pictured, maybe on someone super skinny or with a thin neck?

expensive plastic

This feels and looks drastically different than the photo. It’s essentially high shine plastic. It looks very gaudy and cheap. I can only imagine how quickly it starts peeling after a wear or two. I was under the impression this was gold plated metal, but at second glance see they don’t actually put the product materials. Sad to return as I was so excited about this necklace (had one when I was younger) and the packaging was adorable.

Unfortunately, poor quality

I really wanted to love this. I had this in my “cart” for several weeks and watched it get sold out, then miraculously become back in stock. I think everyone else who previously purchased this necklace before me was also disappointed the quality. The pictures look great, but in hand, it feels like gold-painted heavy plastic. The packaging that the necklace came in was adorable though- I wish the quality carried over to the actual jewlery.
