Patch Pocket Denim Girlfriend Shorts

I love these shorts. I wear them two ways: unfolded (as pictured), they’re contemporary wide-leg GF shorts, really cute with narrow topside just right for this summer. I do worry they make my 5 foot3 frame a little short-looking, so sometimes I roll them up a bit, and they’re super cute that way, too—that lengthens my legs but still preserves the wide-leg look. One star off because I’m not totally crazy about the acid-wash type color. I prefer a darker tone. I’m usually a 28 and that size would have fit perfectly under normal circumstances —though I opted for a larger 29 because, unfortunately, i gained about 7 pounds this summer—-augh!!! It’s a fat August.
