Slim-Fit Suit Vest

I expect much better from Nordstrom. I ordered this vest expecting a brand new item, but it arrived with no tags and a strong body odor. The smell was so noticeable that I could detect it before I even took it out of the shipping bag. I understand that returns happen, but if an item has been worn, it should never be sent out as new. Receiving clothing without tags and smelling of body odor is unacceptable and falls well below the standard I expect from Nordstrom. The vest itself wasn’t expensive, but that’s beside the point. Every customer deserves to receive merchandise that is clean, new, and in the condition advertised. This experience has made me question Nordstrom’s quality control and fulfillment process. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves its inspection procedures so other customers don’t have the same experience.
