Skeek & On Point
Love these Brixton Loafers! So sleek and stylish. Much better on and in person. But most of all so comfortable. I didn't size up, typically 7.5/37.5, and high-end designer 8/38 (CL, Manolo etc) but ended up getting these in a 7/37. They are a bit snug but not to the point where they are uncomfortable. The sales rep assured me that these will stretch and that if I went 1/2 size up they may end up being too big as the leather is very buttery soft and on the thinner side. If you are unsure just do it! It's a classic style that will be a staple in my waredrobe for years to come.

Gucci Brixton Loafers
I love the looks of the loafers and in all other Gucci shoes I wear a size 40, but these were too small. They also run narrow and have a low profile toe bed. If the 40.5 size had been available, I would have tried the next half size up.
The leather is very soft but overall they did not look and feel like an $850.00 shoe, like my other designer shoe brands that I have.

Disappointed
These loafers are high quality and come in great colors, but the dramatic price increases are ridiculous and unnecessary. Talk about taking advantage of customers... these loafers were priced at $595 less than a year ago, then the price went up to $630 at the beginning of this year and now they are $730. That is awful. I have been lusting over the light pink color since the spring, so I check on them often, but now that they are $730 I don't think I could spent that amount of money on this pair of shoes.
Also, it would be great if they came in a navy blue color with the gold horsebit hardware.

beautiful loafers
These are my second pair of the Brixton loafers and I love them! They are super comfortable, beautiful and classic. They are well made, look great with anything and this particular color, Mud, is a nice neutral color. I wear a size 9-9.5 and the 39/9B fits perfectly. The leather is buttery soft and overall just a great shoe. Before I wore my first pair, I purchased clear sole protectors to help with wear. I feel they ate definitely worth the splurge!

Must Haves!
After reading every review in print about these shoes, I finally pulled the trigger and couldn’t be happier with them. I typically wear a 7.5 and that’s what I ordered. These shoes fit like they were made for me right out of the box! The leather is so soft and supple. I love the classic look of these loafers. Timeless. I’m a SAHM so I’ll be wearing these mostly with jeans but they can definitely be dressed up with nice pants, dresses and skirts. While these are supposed to be the “convertible” loafer there’s no way I’d wear them as mules. It just doesn’t look or feel right to me. So obviously now I need the mules. In. Every. Color. I’m also planning on taking them to the cobbler to have some kind of sole protector put on them as other reviewers have recommended. If you’re on the fence about these, get them! Worth every penny.

loved these but lacked in quality
I absolutely adore these shoes, but I don't feel like they would withstand the test of time, which is sad bc I paid a pretty penny for these. Not even after a few weeks of wear I noticed the leather sole inside the shoe was peeling back on to itself. The adhesive under the leather had worn off thus causing the leather to roll back. I was SO sad when I discovered this. Hopefully, it was just the pair I received and no one else has had this issue. With that being said the sizing was a little surprising to me. I'm almost always a 7.5 US shoe size maybe occasionally an 8 and rarely a 7. However, in these I was a solid 7/37. I tried on all three sizes 37,37.5, and 38. 38 was huge... 37.5 fit ok but would be loose after the leather stretched. 37 fit perfectly like a glove! I have a slightly narrow to regular width foot, so for me these shoes ran big. To reference a popular shoe I wear a 38 narrow in Birkenstock Arizonas. Also for reference, I wear a 38 in the Princetown mules no fur (these run small for me).

YES YES YES!
Debated for a solid year and scoured the Internet trying to justify *not* buying, but I finally pulled the trigger and chose to invest. My reasoning: they’re timeless, classic and can go with literally any outfit, any season. I opted to size up 1/2 size out of sheer fear they would be too tight and hurt my toe and blister my heel- but leather is buttery soft and molded to feet instantly. Wore all day- no aches, pains or blisters. Foot felt snug without feeling like it would slip out of back. Heel can be folded so loafer turns into mules but I chose to wear “traditional” way. For reference- I am size 9 and bought 9.5 (and so happy with that choice) and have a normal-width foot.
