Gabby Car Coat

This is the most beautifully constructed swing-coat! The details - the finishing on button hole edging to preserve the life... the general construction including the perfectly placed folds for that effortlessly charming timeless swing to the back. There is a reason this company is still in business all these decades. The clever collar option for neck protection from rain or wind blasts is a special touch, and the black/white gingham trim elevates the entire vibe. My only caution to others is take it seriously on sizing down a bit, and the imagine in photo of how deep the trim cuff shows is misleading. Unless you are very very tall with long arms, plan on altering the sleeve length - my cuff w/trim fabric is 3.5". (For reference, I'm 5'4") If you just pull it down longer, then it covers my hand all the way down to cuticles. Again though, an easy enough fix. I can't say enough how lovely the coat is. Elevated chic coat without pretense.

Although I’m typically a large when it comes to coats, I purchased 2 sizes, Medium & Large. Although I liked the coat, the Medium was even way too big for me. I probably could have tried a small but the arms might be too small. Unfortunately, I returned both.
