Stone fell out after light wear

I bought these to stack with my Oura ring and wore the channel band maybe 10 times just to got out to dinner etc and one of the stones fell out Very pretty stack but not something that will last - it's not like I was doing anything athletic or using my hands.

pretty but not as advertised

These are quite lovely! I would 100% keep them if they were the size I ordered. Picked out the 8 but only one is that size. The others are about a 7 1/2- 7 3/4 so too small for me.
