I am most impressed by the ease of clean up. I follow the directions on using silicone utensils and cleaning by hand with hot water and soap. Pan is very sturdy and good looking, too. I haven't managed to get anything to stick to it.

It's a win-win
We've been using non-stick pans for years (decades), but these pans are by far the BEST pans we have ever owned! Nothing sticks to them and they heat up very evenly.
