Set of 2 Blueberry Holy Sheet Pans

I’m not sure what to think of these pans. Clean up is a breeze because nothing sticks, unlike any nonstick I’ve used before. But I just used two pans at 425F in my convection oven and the upper pan went “pop” during cooking and only returned to flat once it was out of the oven. I was really hopeful that aluminized steel would behave better but…not sure if I’m keeping them. I’m thinking that ease of cleanup will keep them in my kitchen. I roasted diced potatoes for the pans’ first use. No residual starch at all! The second go was very roasted (one could say over roasted) peppers and onions. I was able to wipe them almost completely clean with paper towels. Ok, maybe I’ll keep them :)

I was so excited to purchase Great Jones through the Anniversary Sale! I think their products are so stylish & fun. Unfortunately, one of my pans chipped within 6 months - and I followed the care instructions to the letter. I reached out to the company and learned that the sheet pans aren’t covered by a warranty & that this is considered normal wear & tear. I have several other Great Jones products but won’t be purchasing any more, which makes me sad. For this price point, the quality is just not there.

These are the most beautiful sheet pans. The blue is so different. I already have plans to buy the matching wire racks from Great Jones. They are really heavy duty and nicely made. I'm slightly concerned that the coating won't last, so I'll be babying them for a while. But, otherwise they are fun!
