Golden Goose

Italian fashion label Golden Goose is renowned for impeccable quality and an almost-maniacal attention to detail. Launched in 2000 in Venice, the high-end lifestyle brand merges Italian wearability with a distinctly American flavor. Golden Goose luxury sneakers feature a bold star graphic and the brand's signature distressing—including ultra-convincing scuff marks.

Love at first wear

I tried these on impulse while shopping for work shoes, bought them on impulse, and I've been wearing them basically two weeks straight. (Now I get the hype.) They go with everything — jeans, trousers, dresses. They're super comfortable — I just like having them on my feet. And the hidden wedge makes for a flattering foot shape — I donated several of my flat sneakers after I compared the two in the mirror. Golden Goose is a winner for me.

fake golden goose

Looks nothing like the photo. Shoelaces are darker and the branding looks so OFF.

Obsessed. Chose these because the colors go with everything. 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to buy three pairs of 7s to get the right fit (every pair fits a little differently). Worth the time!
