Greenwashing
In order to have my earbuds fixed after one of them stopped working, I had to send JLAB a video of me submerging my earbuds and the case in a glass of water to show proof of disposal. Getting this request from a company that claims to take sustainability and recycling seriously, really felt like greenwashing.

High quality sound, ear hooks easily damaged.
The sound is really good on these earbuds, however the hooks slightly bent and the buds had trouble charging. I'm really pleased with JLab support as they spoke to me and sent me a new pair of earbuds, and the new version too instead of these ones.
