This shoe is incredibly comfortable with a padded sole and the suede is soft on the heel strap. I have wider feet and the toe box doesn’t squeeze my feet. The pointed toe and block heel make it dressy while still allowing comfort for hours.

True fit very comfortable

This is a very good looking and comfortable shoe. However, it feels wide overall on my medium-width foot, despite downsizing 1/2 size from my usual. I've tightened the strap as much as possible; another hole can't be added due to the width of the leather strap. Bottom line is my heel pops up out of the shoe when I walk. Basically, like walking in a mule. Despite loving the looks of this shoe, and the soft leather and well-padded footbed, I am going to have to return. Sad about it!
